SEDAR DEFINITIONS
A document required to be filed annually with securities commissions by certain public companies and mutual funds; it contains prescribed information aboutthe issuer and its securities
A document commonly prepared for dissemination to security holders of public companies and mutual funds; it usually contains one or more reports from management, the audited annual financial statements and certain other information; if an annual report is prepared and sent to security holders, it must also be filed with the securities commissions
The applicable laws of the provinces and territories of Canada governing dealings in securities
CDS INC., the filing service contractor appointed by the CSA to operate SEDAR
A set of information providing a general profile of a public company or mutual fund
